A Celebration of Life Coffee for Ken Slavik will be held on the lanai at St. John Lutheran Church on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. St. John is located at 100 Kailua Rd., Kailua, HI.
Kenneth E. Slavik, 74 was a resident of Palatine, IL and Honolulu, Hawaii. He passed away in Chicago on March 6, 2012. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Born on September 28, 1937 in Chicago, IL, Ken was the son of Lawrence and Genevieve Slavik. Kenneth was a U.S. Army Veteran.
At Rotary Club of Honolulu Sunrise, we remember Ken as a founding member, charter member and our second club president.

Ken is survived by his beloved wife Falicia children Bradley (Amanda) Slavik and Jacalyn Slavik and grandchildren Ashlyn and Rhiannon Slavik. Ken was brother of the late Robert Slavik.
